Coming from South America and educated on German and Detroit sounds, Leonel Castillo consolidated his techno sound after a few years of production and has releases on labels such as Telegraph, Estatus Discos and his very own label - Groovear! This first ep of leonel on the UK-based label Sushitech bring us 2 long and hypnotic tracks, basic channel inspired, non-stop madness of grooves and little sounds that will use as bedrocks on deep techno sets.

Y EL VIENTO BLANCO on the A side (15:49) is a very long track that will keep groove on the dancefloor and will give the dj more creativity with mixing. Very deep and hypnotic melodies coming in and out all over the track keeps this long track very interesting all the way. This is a real minimalist techno tune that bring all the basic channel inspiration of this producer to the techno world of today!

Y LA NIEVE on the B (12:48) side start with dubby choards and continue with flange sounds that take the listener deeper into the dubby based groove of the track. Perfect harmony of sounds combined into long and repetitive loops. This is must to be heard!
