Fusiphorm

fusiphorm (a.k.a. cyhl, pronounced “seal”) moved from france to the u.s. in 1999, and he has been djing consistently in philadelphia, new jersey and new york city ever since. in 2001-2002, his radio shows on wprb 103.3 FM (princeton) and online on flaresound (now netmusique) earned him several dj-tours in other parts of the u.s. and overseas (france, belgium, germany, slovakia and spain), where he’s known for dishing out a unique blend of jazzy downtempo grooves and floor-pumping minimal techno.

after the co-organization of the pitchspork monthly events in 2003 (hosting artists like magda, matthew dear, sammy dee of pantytec, geoff white, jeff milligan, stewart walker and others), cyhl co-founded foundsound records in may 2004 and engineered its associated netlabel unfoundsound which was launched in november 2004. after his first release on unfoundsound in march 2005, he will make his first vinyl appearance on plong! and foundsound in late 2005.
